Marquee Sports Network is the future exclusive television home of the Chicago Cubs in partnership with Sinclair Broadcast Group (Nasdaq: SBGI). It will be the Chicago-region’s exclusive network for fans to view live Cubs games beginning with the 2020 Major League Baseball season and will also feature every spring training game, extensive pre and postgame coverage, exclusive Cubs content and other local sports programming. Marquee Sports Network brings together one of the most iconic sports franchises in the country with one of the largest television broadcasting companies to deliver unprecedented Cubs coverage for fans.

The Chicago Cubs have an opportunity to serve fans in a deeper, richer way, with in-depth Cubs content and extensive pre- and post-game coverage of nearly every Cubs game (excluding national broadcasts), regardless of whether another local team is playing.

The network offices and studio will be located in Wrigleyville.

The network will launch in February 2020.

Marquee Sports Network will have approximately 150 games – all games but those selected as national broadcast games by Major League Baseball, and subject to certain other MLB restrictions.

This will be a 24/7 television network with Cubs games as the center piece of the programming. We will be announcing additional programming information as it becomes available.

We will be incorporating a digital platform to ensure all Cubs fans will be able to view the games they love across all formats; the particular details will be announced at a later date.

Yes. Marquee Sports Network will be available on computers, tablets, mobile phones and other consumer devices for fans who have access to their cable, satellite or content subscription through an affiliated provider.
